The SRA Selector initiative returns for the fourth year running in the new year and we announced our six chosen students for this year's scheme at the Student Radio Awards a few weeks ago.

Ollie Brookes - URB - University Of Bath
Our six students will present their own version of The Selector on their student radio station, with the winner spending 10 days at The Selector's sister radio station Ibero 90.9 in Mexico City next summer.
Previous winners include Jack Saunders and Ross Buchanan, who now present their own shows on Radio X, highlighting how important the initiative is in providing a vital stepping stone for anyone looking to pursue a career in the industry.
Last year's winner Andy Backhouse returned to Mexico recently to follow in the footsteps of The Selector's presenter Goldierocks and DJ at Mexico City's El Imperial - massive!
