Loyle Carner feat. Rebel Kleff - 'The Money'
"I've liked this guy for a while, but I finally saw him live at The Great Escape this month and he just blew me away, expecting big things! This is one of my favourites that he performed in Brighton."
Jim's choice
Kamasi Washington - 'The Epic' LP
"An epic release in every sense of the word. 17 songs and 172 mins of music across 3 x CDs, with a band that includes 2 drummers, 2 bass players, a 32 piece orchestra and a 20-person choir. Not to mention Kamasi's incredible sax playing and the beautiful voice of Patrice Quinn on tracks like 'The Rhythm Changes', 'Henrietta Our Hero' and 'Cherokee'. The most exciting jazz album since... I can remember! Kamasi also featured on Jamie Cullum's show last night in a special 'Take 5' feature, check it out here."

Petite Meller - 'Baby Love'
"I'm loving the amazing new single from Petite Meller, 'Baby Love'. It's perfect, piano driven pop with the most infectious chorus I've heard this year and the smoothest saxophone breakdown since 'Careless Whisper'. Monki's been playing the Armand Van Helden remix on her show which is also great - and the video is pretty bonkers if you haven't seen it."

Julio Basmore feat. Sam Dew - 'Holding On'
"Loving this track, it's going to sound brilliant this summer - it's very throwback but timeless at the same time. Can't wait to hear his album 'Knockin' Boots' when it gets it's release in July."

John Legend - 'All Of Me'
"I've had this on non-stop since I bought the 'Brit Awards 2015' CD, such an amazing voice and a beautiful song."

Remi Harris - 'Django's Tiger'
"I've always been a big fan of Django Reinhardt, especially with the Quintet of the Hot Club of France - so I've particularly been enjoying the gypsy guitar of Remi Harris. He was spotted on BBC Introducing by Jamie Cullum and invited to play on his live show from Cheltenham Jazz Festival. Response from the crowd and the radio audience was hugely positive - especially to the track 'Django's Tiger'."
