Anyone with even a passing interest in dance music will have heard Si Begg’s pioneering musical output, which has been served up under a number of monikers over the years including Cabbageboy, Bigfoot, S.I.Futures and Buckfunk 3000. Si is also a dab hand when it comes to sound design and jingle packages and produced the audio identities for many of Folded Wing’s best-loved productions. Si’s work on our recent AM90 Sound podcasts was so impressive that it was then included in the video documentary of the entire AM90 project. As well as creating unique audio for Folded Wing, Si makes jingle packages for MTV and BBC Radio 1 and has written music for high profile TV ad campaigns.
