On air for over 18 months, our ‘Pick n Mix Live from the Red Bull Studio’ show is an opportunity for the world to know what is happening at the Red Bull Studio in London Bridge and connects the best new school music with the best old-school knowledge in the country.

‘Pick n Mix’ is presented by music journalist and record compiler, Emma Warren, and is broadcast live every Friday from 8-10pm on NME Radio.com, DAB radio and Sky channel 0184. Emma’s many talents were lent to a daily show recorded at the Red Bull Music Academy in London in Feb/March 2010 and the show was such a great success that it seemed silly not to continue the party, so the idea for ‘Pick n Mix’ was born.

The programme is a showcase for dance music, street music and electronic sounds in all their cross-cultural, cross-historical glory. We’ve had hundreds of incredible artists on the show, all pioneers in their field, including Caribou, Diplo, Roots Manuva, Toddla T, 2 Bears and Mount Kimbie, plus we’ve had live sets and mixes from Sbtrkt, Hercules & Love Affair, MJ Cole, Poirier, Rudi Zygadlo and Instra:mental to name just a few.

In 2011 ‘Pick n Mix’ was nominated for ‘Best Radio Show or Podcast’ at the BT Digital Music Awards.
