We are very very pleased to reveal that our very own John Cranmer, producer of The Selector has been nominated for an award at the 2013 Radio Production Awards.

John has been nominated in the Best Live Music Producer / Engineer category, alongside Joe Adams (Absolute Radio), Chris Denman (Global Radio) and Chris Elcombe (Somethin' Else).

Over the past year John has produced and engineered sessions for The Selector from the likes of Nadine Shah, Dog Is Dead, Daughter and Afrikan Boy.

The Radio Production Awards, now in their fourth year, recognise the work of UK-based radio and audio producers, and are open to independents, freelancers and programme-makers working across BBC, commercial, community, student and hospital radio, as well as those in digital companies making online radio and podcasts.

The awards take place at The Hippodrome in London on Tuesday 26th November, so we will have our fingers crossed until then!
