Regular listeners to Jamie Cullum's show on BBC Radio 2 will have noticed a new feature over the past few weeks - The A-Z of Jazz.
Read moreEvery week until the end of the year, Jamie will recommend a key jazz artist that he thinks you should know for every letter of the alphabet. It's the perfect introduction for those just getting into jazz, and for more experienced jazz listeners it's a good excuse to revisit some of the classics!
He's already recommended A for Louis Armstrong, B for Count Basie and C for John Coltrane - all of the picks will be gathered together on a dedicated page on Jamie's Radio 2 show page where you can listen to the clips and find out more about the artist through BBC Music - click here.
He'll also be adding all the tracks he chooses to his BBC Playlister, so you can keep up with the music he's picked there.
And there's an A-Z of Jazz Spotify playlist for all of the track choices too - it's looking a little sparse at the moment as he's only on C but subscribe and watch it grow as the weeks go on!
