Folded Wing's founder and CEO Karen P features in two podcasts this month, so if you haven't heard them take a listen!

Firstly, with entries for the 2014 Radio Academy Awards opening this week, The Radio Academy's RadioTalk podcast looks at 'How To Win Gold' at the awards. CEO of The Radio Academy, Paul Robinson and a host of guests look at new categories for next year's awards and offer advice on submitting entries and increasing your chances of winning a Gold Award, including tips from our very own Karen P.

Karen also features in the latest Sound Women podcast, talking to Amazing Radio's Ruth Barnes about setting up Folded Wing, creating new platforms, getting commissions, nurturing presenters and growing a successful production company, despite not having a plan! Also featured in the Sound Women podcast are Mary Anne Hobbs talking to her BBC 6 Music producer Kate Cocker (just as Kate leaves for a new job at Key 103), and Lorna Skingley and Sarah Louie Harrison of Smooth Operations discussing their 50-part Radio 2 series, The People's Songs.
