Our regular show Field Day Radio is returning to Rinse FM this weekend for a second take over show. Field Day’s founder, Eat Your Own Ears main man and Field Day Radio host Tom Baker returns to Rinse FM on Saturday 15th from 12am through to Sunday morning until 2am, bringing with him a bunch of exclusive material.
Providing interviews are two electrifying artists, who have chatted with Tom at this year’s Field Day at east London’s Victoria Park. First up is Todd ‘The God’ Edwards – US Garage pioneer, whose gospel-inspired, deep, soul-stirring rhythms have inspired and left an indelible mark on many contemporary productions. Todd talks all about working with Daft Punk, how he chooses samples and takes a look at the UK garage revival.
Tom also caught up with one fourth of Visionquest, Seth Troxler. Characterised by his sense of humour, you’ll never know what to expect from the Berlin-based producer and DJ in an interview. Seth talks all about his influences, working with Matthew Dear and just how he grew that incredible mustache.
