If you missed Jamie Cullum on BBC Radio 2 on Tuesday evening, make sure you catch it while you can!

This week Jamie plays more great jazz, both old and new, and features a few words from one of his favourite jazz stars, the Manchester-based trumpeter, composer and producer Matthew Halsall. A regular performer on the UK jazz scene, Matthew has been impressing people far and wide with his style of spiritual jazz, inspired by the likes of Alice & John Coltrane, Pharoah Sanders and Yusef Lateef.

Music also featured on the show from Beady Belle, Dizzy Gillespie, Andrew McCormack Trio, Doug Hammond and Heidi Vogel feat. Austin Peralta.
