Another week and another king of jazz!

This week's show features an interview with legendary Brazilian musician Sérgio Mendes in which he tells of his incredible career and the story behind classic songs like Mas Que Nada as well as the experience of introducing the music of his country to the world.

Also on this week's show... great music from Eddie Jefferson, Francis Faye, Herbie Nichols, Jack Kerouac, The Cinematic Orchestra (feat. Fontella Bass), Art Tatum, the Kit Downes Trio, King Pleasure and yet another fantastic archive track, this time from the Woody Herman Orchestra.

Enjoy!
