BBC Blast is a project that sets out to inspire inspiration, creativity, determination, ideas and confidence in the UK's teenagers. The website’s videos are aimed at 13 to 19 year olds who are into art, fashion, music, games, writing, film and dance. Pretty excitingly, Karen P was invited to participate as the representative from our crazy world of radio production, with Folded Wing also providing the sound design for the project. (In fact, our bespoke BBC Blast sound design will now feature across all of BBC Blast's video output, which is definitely something to be proud of!)

So anyway, a few weeks back we ushered the BBC Blast crew into our offices for a couple of days of madness, and in four videos Karen gave her insights into the skills required to make a radio package: her tips and tricks on giving interviews; editing audio and even revealing past mistakes (surely not!) for the youngsters to look out for and learn from when giving it a shot themselves.

Check out the links below for the full series of videos, pretty darned informative even if we do say so ourselves!
